Delete your Dictumus account
How to delete your account and data in Dictumus: Score Predictions, on the App Store, Google Play or the web, with the app or without it, and what goes and what stays.
Version 2026-10-12
In the app, at once
Open Dictumus and sign in. Tap Settings, then Your account, then Data and privacy, then Delete my account, and confirm.
Your account is deleted at that moment. The same steps work on dictumus.com in a browser.
Without the app
Send an email to privacy@dictumus.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. If you write from another address, tell us the one you signed up with and we will ask that address to confirm, so nobody can delete an account that is not theirs.
We delete the account and reply to confirm, within 30 days.
What is deleted
Everything that is yours: your profile and email address, your picks, your reactions, your share cards, your practice tournaments, your notifications and your signed-in sessions.
The tables, honours and report cards you were part of are worked out again without you, finished seasons included. A tournament you created carries on under whoever joined it first; one with nobody else in it is deleted with you.
What is kept, and for how long
Copies of the database kept for recovery: they hold your data until they expire, at most 90 days after the deletion, and are never used to bring a deleted account back.
Error reports: they never contain your name, email address, IP address or picks, so nothing in them is yours to delete.
Dictumus takes no payments today. If purchases come, Apple and Google keep their own records of them.
Deleting only some of your data
Leaving a tournament removes your picks on matches not yet closed; you stay in its table with the points you had. You can change your name at any time, and download everything kept about you from Data and privacy. For anything else, write to privacy@dictumus.com.
